Shipping And Warehouse Help Needed

SHIPPING/RECEIVING

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

The primary responsibility of Shipping/Receiving is to ensure the accuracy and promptness of all incoming and outgoing shipments of parts and orders for staff and customers of Dakota Fluid Power.

JOB DUTIES:

• Ability to learn, understand and complete without error, all aspects of the shipping and receiving processes within the corporate computer system.

• Pull customer orders and complete transfers as needed.

• Load and unload truck shipments as needed.

• Put materials away and store inventory properly.

• Perform inventory counts on product.

• Investigate inventory discrepancies.

• Maintain the highest quality standard when packaging products for shipment.

• Follows company policies and procedures as it relates to job requirements.

• Assist other warehouse positions as necessary.

• Keep pallet area outside building organized.

• Ability to maintain a clean working warehouse and complete duties effectively and efficiently.

• Other duties assigned by Management.
